With express shipping, the product is delivered faster. For products that are not yet ready for shipping, you can place a rush order. These products still need to be revised.

A rush order is ready for shipping within 2 business days and can then be shipped express. This can be selected during checkout.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days. 
Why should I buy refurbished electronics?
There are several reasons to purchase a refurbished product. For example, because electronics are no longer made and are hard to get new. But also because refurbished is a sustainable choice, reducing your organization's ecological footprint.
