Is your product under warranty and does it not meet expectations, or have you received a product that does not match your order? Please contact us or use the RMA form below to return the product.
Would you like to have a product repaired? Submit a repair request via the product page by finding your product. After approval of the quotation, you will receive an RMA document, which you can use to submit and send your product to us.

My company is located outside the European Union. What should I consider when sending a product to JC-Electronics for repair or warranty?
The first step is to place a repair order or contact us about returning a product under warranty. You will then receive an RMA document from JC-Electronics. You will need to include a commercial invoice stating that the product is temporarily leaving the country. The invoice should include the following details: That the shipment is under Incoterms DDP The article number HS code Your VAT number The shipping costs to JC-Electronics are at your expense.
How should I package and return a product to JC-Electronics?
You need to pack the package transport proof and write/stick the address of JC-Electronics on the box. You will receive an RMA form after contacting Sales. You should send this form in the box.
What must a return meet?
A product that is returned must be accompanied by clear documentation with completed RMA and problem description.

How does the refund work after return?
Within 5 days the returned product will be assessed. In case of a positive assessment, the credit will be transferred within 14 days. You will also receive a credit invoice.
When exchanging a product, can I return my old product at the same time?
