We first examine whether the defective product is repairable. Then it is refurbished and sold.

Which steps do I have to follow to use cashback?
You look for the product you need in the webshop. There, choose and tick the cashback option. You complete the order and we will make sure you receive the product. We will send you an RMA document to send with the faulty product.
What if I have not sent in my defective product after 4 weeks?
