The SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner is designed specifically for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. This high-performance device operates on a 2-wire connection, supporting a current range of 4...20mA for optimal performance. Its single action functionality and robust polycarbonate enclosure make it suitable for various industrial applications.

With an intrinsic safety (Ex i) protection standard, this positioner ensures safety in potentially hazardous environments. Additionally, the output isolator SITRANS I200 can be ordered separately (7NG4131-1AA00) for enhanced operational flexibility.

The connection features include a thread for electrical connection (M20x1.5) and a pneumatic connection (G 1/4), ensuring ease of installation. While it does not include a limit monitor, it features an Analog Output Module (AOM) and analog position feedback of 4...20mA, providing precise control and feedback.

An M12 device plug is optionally available with variant -Z D53, and for those requiring isolating power, the SITRANS I100 can be separately ordered (7NG4124-1AA00).

This product also supports a standard fail-safe operation, which depressurizes the actuator in the event of loss of electrical auxiliary power, making it an essential component in critical control scenarios. Note that a manometer block and booster are not included.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
