The SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner offers advanced control for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. Designed with precision and engineered for high efficiency, this positioner utilizes a two-wire connection and operates within a current range of 4...20mA. Its robust aluminum enclosure ensures durability and reliability in various industrial environments.

This device features intrinsic safety (Ex i) and increased safety (Ex e) protection types, making it suitable for use in hazardous locations. The output isolator, SITRANS I200, is available for separate order (7NG4131-1AA00), enhancing system integration capabilities.

Equipped with inductive limit switches (ILS), the SIPART PS2 includes two of these switches and one digital output for precise position feedback. Additionally, the analog output module (AOM) provides an analog position feedback signal in the range of 4...20 mA, ensuring seamless communication with control systems.

For user convenience, the device supports a selectable device plug (M12 - ordered separately with -Z D53) and includes brief instructions available in English, German, and Chinese. The default operation is designed for fail-safe mode where the actuator can depressurize if electrical auxiliary power fails, guaranteeing operational safety. Please note that this unit does not include a manometer block or booster.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
