This drive features a low overload capacity of 5.5 kW with a 150% overload for up to 3 seconds and 110% for 57 seconds, ensuring robust operation even under varying load conditions. Additionally, it supports a high overload of 4 kW at 200% for 3 seconds and 150% for 57 seconds, making it ideal for applications requiring significant torque.

With a frame size of 355x125x209 mm and an IP20 degree of protection, the SINAMICS G220 is designed to fit seamlessly into your machinery. It is equipped with enhanced safety features, adhering to SIL3 safety standards and includes an integrated braking chopper.

The basic version is unfiltered but can be equipped with an SMTO (ATEX) module for environments requiring explosive protection. Communication is facilitated through PROFINET PN and MODBUS TCP protocols, enhancing its functionality in modern automation systems.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
