The Indramat DDS02.1-W100-RL04-01-FW is a high-performance drive controller from the DIAX02 DDS series, designed for precise single-axis motion control in industrial automation environments. This Series 02, Version 1 controller is engineered for applications that demand reliable positioning accuracy and stable drive performance.


Featuring a rated current of 100 A, the controller supports resolver feedback and integrates a single-axis positioning module (DLC01.1-FW). The built-in I/O interface (DEA04.1) provides 15 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, enabling flexible system integration within complex control architectures. Cooling is achieved through internal air circulation from within the control cabinet, ensuring efficient thermal management under continuous operation.


Manufactured in Germany and developed for use with Indramat drive systems, this DDS drive controller is well suited for machine tools, production lines, and automated handling systems. Although classified as obsolete, it remains a valuable solution for maintaining and servicing existing DIAX02-based installations where system compatibility and proven technology are essential.

You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
