What does it cost to repair an HMI at JC-Electronics?

Having an HMI repaired currently takes 4 weeks at JC-Electronics. Emergency repairs to repair an HMI takes approximately 2 business days. For a quote, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Can JC-Electronics update my HMI?
JC-Electronics can update any HMI with the latest operating system software. For this you can contact our Customer Service.
What should I do if my HMI crashes?

How does JC-Electronics ensure the compatibility of an HMI?
We know which HMIs can exchange information with each other. In doing so, we use an item master chart that shows which predecessor/successor HMIs there are.
My HMI is damaged on the outside. Do you sell replacement parts?
JC-Electronics sells replacement parts such as housings and touchscreens for the most common HMIs. For a complete overview please visit the replacements page
Does JC-Electronics also sell accessories for HMI?
Yes, besides replacements JC-Electronics can also supply accessories and installation software for HMI. This has a rather long delivery time. Ask for the possibilities through our Sales department.
Can JC-Electronics transfer software from old to new HMI?
Yes, in most cases we can transfer software from an old to a new HMI. Backing up is also possible at JC-Electronics.
